Niels Arnold

Legal assistant

Niels is a legal assistant at Brinkhof and is part of the IT and (out-)sourcing team dedicated to advising on and negotiating commercial contracts, with a specific focus on information technology and intellectual property. He mainly deals with legal issues around IT, (out)sourcing, cloud and software licensing.

Experience & Education

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Niels completed the master’s degree in International Technology Law at VU University Amsterdam. During his studies, he already gained valuable experience at various law firms, where he continued to study the legal aspects of technology and innovation. His interest in IT law and intellectual property fits perfectly with his work within Brinkhof’s contracting team.

Niels will soon be sworn in as a lawyer.
