Daniël de Weerd

Legal Assistant

Daniël is a legal assistant at Brinkhof and works in the media and platform team. He provides advice and litigates on matters such as intermediary liability, platform regulation, and regulation of artificial intelligence.

Experience & Additional Activities

In 2024, Daniël graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to that, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Law at Utrecht Law College and a second bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering at TU Delft.
