Nicole Bilderbeek
Lawyer
Nicole has been a lawyer at Brinkhof since 2025. She specialises in privacy and data protection law and regularly advises and litigates on a variety of topics in this area. Additionally, Nicole has extensive experience in advising on telecommunications law, consumer law and IT law.
Experience & ancillary activities
Nicole completed the master’s degree in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2018. She then started her career as a lawyer at Houthoff. Here, she gained extensive experience in, among others, advising and litigating on privacy law and litigating at the Dutch Supreme Court.
Some of the cases Nicole has handled:
- Advising on complex privacy and data protection law issues, such as special categories of personal data, data breaches, cookies and data subject’s rights.
- Advising on privacy aspects of recent European regulations, including the Data Act.
- Assisting an international technology company in legal proceedings concerning, inter alia, the right of access.
